Free Shipping & Cash on Delivery

We offer free shipping on eligible orders and cash on delivery across most locations in India.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated based on the total weight of your order. You can check the exact cost using the shipping calculator at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days for metro cities and up to 10 days for remote areas.

• If there’s an unexpected delay, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Cash on Delivery

• Pay when your order is delivered to you.

• If you wish to cancel a COD order, please inform us before dispatch.

• Failed or returned COD deliveries may attract an additional redelivery fee.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including pincode and landmarks if needed. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or repeated delivery attempts may lead to extra charges.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping options are under consideration for the future.
